Okay I've had some issues with this company (rate increase/ name changing/lack of good movies) but nothing compared to what I went through tonight.
While looking through the movies I come across "blown away" after looking into it I see that it stars tommy lee jones and jeff bridges. First thing I think is "the dude" and "two face" in the same movie??? After reading its about a guy tring to blow up another guy, revenge, thriller type movie. got to be great right?

About half way through the movie I stopped it and made sure I didn't click on the wrong movie because I haven't seen any tommy lee jones or jeff bridges. I see I clicked on the right one and restart the movie. I watch this whole movie not stopping it again, I finish the movie after a bit of reserch I realize what I watched wasn't "blown away" the revenge thriller staring the "creator of tron" or "1/2 the men in black" that came out in 1994. It turned out to be this

1993 hit "blown away". Staring the greatest actors of our time...... you guessed it......the lost boys themselves,corey haim and corey feldman. A serious drama about love, friendship, and a dad angry corey haim hooked up with his daughter. A terrible movie I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Netflix please fix this error before someone else is effected by this terrible mistake. Thanks for wasting another night for me. I'm going to watch "thankskilling" now for the holiday. A movie about a killer talking turkey on the lose. I'm sure it will be better then "blown away".

So I went to gnr at phillps last night not getting my hopes up to much as I've read a lot of bad press about them in the past I don't ten years. Last night just proves why I stopped listening to the press about anything. I went to the show alone thinking I would see someone I knew there and as I walked up I saw my friend Lisa and her husband. We got in line and after getting in locked down a spot on the rail left hand side of stage.

After opening acts kelen heller and buckcherry GNR took the stage. The show, Stage, lights, and even axel was on point. Sounding much better then I would have thought. Highlights of the night for me were: Estranged, Night Train, Out to get me, Rocket Queen and the cover of Pink Floyd "The Wall". Although it would have been cool to see Slash, Bumblefoot and the others that covered his parts played them as good if not better. You know your at a good show when the boncers are all singing along to "don't cry". In all great night and I will jump at the chance to see them again.

2011 concord review

I still remember when Micheal Jordan first started playing in this shoe back in 1995. A lot of my friends hated the shinny leather right away but by the following year the shoe had grew on just about everyone. Since then the jordan 11 has become one of the most iconic basket ball shoes ever. They have retroed the shoe 2 other times in 2001 and with the dmp pack.fast forward to 2010 and we find out again that the concord will release again in 2011 and everyone goes ape s#*t. Forums had 100s of pages and it wasn't even 2011 yet.

I got my 2011 concord last night.... A few things I noticed are different about this shoe then the originals. The bottum of the shoes is more blue first of all. A lot brighter then I thought it would be. Carbon fiber on the insole is a little off compared to the ogs for sure. Also the back of the shoe is sloped a little much but all that aside the leather looks pretty nice, the mesh is good, its comfy and the overall look of the shoe is good. The blue is starting to grow on me the more I look at them. The shoe seems to run a little small for me so I went up a size and it still feels fine. The packaging is really nice as well and I love the purple shoe trees. Pretty happy to be able to wear these shoes again and will prob get another pair to put away. The 2011 concord will be released to the public on Dec. 23rd so be ready for a insane release!

Another Great Opening at the Graveyard Tavern. Artist Jeremy Worst banged out a few very sick paintings for this months show. The hit of the show was the "spin the bottle painting" which had everyone talking. When I first spoke with the Graveyard about curating their walls I knew right away I wanted Jeremy back in there and now that he is I'm reminded why. He is one of the top artist in the city for good reason the guy can paint and he can paint fast. I gave him little time to work on this show and he produced some amazing paintings as always. If you haven't been to the Graveyard Tavern to see his work be sure and swing by there.

Mix'd up is a local food truck I was lucky enough to have the honor of doing the logo for. They wanted a rock n roll themed truck so I wanted the logo to have a oldschool rock poster feel to it. I put a fork in for the "I" to let people know that it was food related. Can't wait to see it on the streets and grab something to eat off of it!

Opening at the Graveyard

This was my first hanging at the graveyard as curator there. The original artist I had picked out wasn't ready so me and tom stepped up to the plate and knocked some new work out for it. When I first planned to do the openings on Mondays I did so so it would also interact with Industry Monday night there so we would not only have good art to see but good music to hear. When I picked the Monday for the first opening I had no idea DMC champion DJ KLEVER would be spinning. Couldnt have asked for a better night to open on. In the building was

La castle Vania, DJ Craze, Treasure fingers, Heros and Villans, and more. I guess with not much going on that Monday they all came out to Graveyard Tavern. In all it was a great night and I look forward to next month!

Back to Panama City Beach. always a fun short trip but this time I got to swim with a dolphin. We went on a snorkeling trip and on the way to Shell Island a dolphin came up to the boat. I asked the Guild if it would be afraid if I got into the water with him and said no and to just ease into the water with it. I got into the water and swam up to the dolphin and it even let me touch it. :) The water was kind of choppy so i didn't stay in long but it was really cool getting that close to a wild dolphin.

I try to make it to every Cirque Du Soleil show that comes to the area and this year was no Different. About a year ago I heard a rumor that they would be bringing Dralion to Atlanta and got super excited because I know the show from seeing a DVD of it. We got tickets for the show about 2 months in advance thinking the show may sell out esp because it was only in town for a few days. Going into the show I was very excited and I wasn't let down. They switched the clowns up which I was very happy about because I didn't care for the ones in the DVD at all. they also changed a few other parts to the show which was cool because there was new stuff for me to see. The dancing, music, acrobats, and even the clowns were all very entertaining. Of the four shows i've seen live I would say the is probably the best in terms of the over all show. I have seen better single acts but as a whole this was the best i have seen. A huge highlight for me was the hand balancing act which ive posted below.

Had the pleasure of painting a piece for a local GA Rehab today. I met a production company based out of Sav at a warehouse on the west side of ATL this morning around 9, Rehab showed up around 11 and I got down to painting. There will be a short time laps of me painting in the video. After painting we just hung out a while and ate. Can't wait to see the time laps of the painting.

I've joined forces with the Graveyard Tavern in east Atlanta to be their new art director. Look forword to bringing in some great artist and helping out one of my fav places in the city. I've been talking to these guys for a bit about it and I'm glad we finally had a chance to sit down and work out the details. Thanks to Philop,Tara,Drew, and the rest of the Graveyard crew for giving me this chance. I already have my first artist picked out for next month. Will realease details after everything is in line.

Vitamin Water Wall

Well it took 4 tries but I finally got the wall done. The first 2 times it rained with in 5 min of me getting to the wall. Then it took a day on the bottle and a day on the letters. I didn't really get to finish completely because it started raining again but I'm happy with the way it came out. The wall made for a a lot of attention good for both them and myself. We set up in Atlantic Station for the Atlanta Summer Concert Series and had a great time getting this project done. Thanks to Vitamin Water for letting me do this job for them it was a blast. I look foward to working with them again on future projects.

They took the dieon logo off the bottom of the shoe as well as the goalpost home plate logo off the back. All good though still amped to have another pair

I picked this shoe up like a week ago. Never had this shoe has a kid and didnt really want it when I was little becuase i had the bred 11s but i had a chance to grab it a few months before it releases so I scooped them up. Must say I eally like this shoe now. My only issue with the jordan 11 is that they get really hot but with the jordan 11ie they put vents on the side to let air in. The ie is a low top too which is a nice change from all the high tops I got. In all a great shoe and glad i picked it up. Liked the shoe alot more then I thought I would. This show will be avalibale for sale in august.

Just got the news that the DT2 will be out in spring of 2012. There is 3 colorways planned so far.ive been waiting on this shoe for 17 years to be retroed. I guess i can tuff it out for one more. The other two color ways are new and people already screaming for the red ones and the black to return.

After last years event I knew I had to put work in this show again this year. It was held at the Goat Farm again which I think is a perfect location for this event. Like last year the place was packed with art,music,body painters, and pancakes. Some artist returned like Jeremy Worst, Tom Grant, and myself. Also were a few new faces. Also new this year was bands playing both inside and outside of the building. The event was split up into two days which I thought was a great idea becuase it wasnt as crowded and people were able to move through the space better to see all the work. It turned out to be a great event for every one that attended and i look foward to the next one.

Dolphins are open at georgia aquarium

Ive been spending a bit of time back at the aquarium working past few days. The dophins opened on the 2nd of the month and the crowds have arrived. I went and checked them out yesterday and I have to say they are pretty cool. If your in the georgia area be sure to check them out.

So i went to my doctor yesterday and got a cystoscope done. which if u dont know what that is, its where they insert a camera into the penis to check out the bladder. Dreading having this done I sat at grady for 4 hours waiting freaking out the whole time. While not the best day ive had it wasnt the worst. Not near as bad as i was thinking I made it out alive. Good news is I have healed well and the end is in sight. The bad news is I have more kidney stones and will have to get a surgery to get them removed. The biggest down side is that I will be unable to ride my bike for 3 more months. (Spring time). Thats how it goes though. Got my sights on Summer and can not wait to get back on my bike again.

So i was watching the movie "banksy is coming to dinner" the other night. Through out the movie it has a person that is supposed to be banksy having dinner with a bunch of rich upscale british people. His face is blurred through out the movie and his voice is distorted. While watching it i caught a very small clip they didnt blur his face. Is it him? Is it another hoax? Most likly so but still pretty intresting.
